  • Parent or guardian name, telephone number and communication details.
  • A child’s name, age group, programme details, attendance and information reasonably needed for participation or safety.
  • Payment and enrolment records.
  • Photographs, videos, audio or creative work featuring a child—but only for the agreed purpose and with appropriate parent or lawful guardian consent.
  • Basic technical information required to deliver and protect the website. We do not use the website for behavioural advertising directed at children.

3. Why we use information

We use information to manage enquiries and enrolments, conduct activities safely, communicate with families, maintain necessary records, respond to concerns and—only where separately agreed—share programme moments through our website, Instagram or other identified communication channels.

4. Photographs, videos and consent

  • We seek clear consent from a parent or lawful guardian before using an identifiable child’s photograph, video or voice in public communications.
  • Media consent is a genuine choice. A parent may decline promotional photography without affecting the child’s access to our programmes.
  • We explain the intended purpose and channel of use so that consent is informed and specific.
  • A parent or lawful guardian may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal will not make earlier authorised use unlawful, but we will stop future use and take reasonable steps to remove the content from channels we control.
  • If content has been shared publicly or on a third-party platform such as Instagram, copies or further sharing by others may be outside our direct control. We will still act on content within our accounts and cooperate with reasonable removal requests.

5. Sharing and safeguarding

We do not sell children’s personal information. We limit access to people who need it for programme delivery, administration, safety or approved communication. Where a service provider supports us, we expect information to be handled only for the necessary purpose and with appropriate care.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose explained, for safety and administrative requirements, or for an applicable legal obligation. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it securely or make it non-identifiable.

7. Your choices and requests

A parent or lawful guardian may ask to access or correct information, withdraw consent, request deletion where applicable, raise a concern, or ask how a child’s image or video is being used. We may need to verify the requester’s identity and relationship to the child before acting.
